Greetings in the name of the Lord. Grace and Peace.
It is my delight to give you this mission report. The Lord is doing great things with us and through us in the work
of God. In the last two months we have seen souls coming to Christ. A lady and her four daughters began to
attend our work one year ago. They professed to be saved when they arrived. They used to attend a
Pentecostal church in the capital of Tegucigalpa. But the Lord touched their hearts beginning with the youngest
daughter Anna Martinez. Then followed the second youngest Nicole Martinez. Next came the oldest daughter
Pamela Martinez. The mother, whose name is Glenda Martinez, she brought her sister to me that I might testify
of God’s grace to her. This I did and she received Christ as personal saviour. Glenda was sitting close to us as I
talked to the sister. As I spoke to the sister, Glenda came under conviction and realized that she was not saved.
It took a year of sound doctrine to help her realize her true need spiritually speaking. She humbled herself
before God, myself, and her sister and asked Christ to be her personal saviour. The middle daughter, Paula
Martinez, was there with us also listening. She too came under conviction and she along with Glenda’s sister
received the Lord. What a great moment of harvest for the Lord!

Franklin, a young 13 year old had been attending our youth meetings for a couple months. During that evening
youth meeting Franklin received the Lord as saviour.

Venessa, a 20 year old lady originally from Santa Barbara now living in San Pedro Sula, attended for a couple
months and then received the Lord as her saviour. I was able to baptize all these with the exception of Glenda’s
sister who still lives in the capital.

One evening on visitation, I spoke with a young lady named Tanya. I gave a clear presentation of the Gospel to
her and she received the Lord. She has attended one time with her husband. We are making visits to their home
trying to encourage them in the Lord.

We always have unsaved people visiting our church regularly. This is a direct result of our visitation outreach.
Some have left the church due to bad decisions in their lives. Some have started to date unsaved people and
will not submit themselves to the preaching of the Word of God. Some have moved to other locations.

Please pray for us and the work of the Lord here in San Pedro Sula. Please pray for a minivan for us to use in
the work. We will sell our car if necessary to buy the minivan. Please pray for the Lord to provide the difference
between the value of our car and a minivan. Our can is more than enough for us but the van is a need in the
church. And we see that need. So, please pray for us that the Lord would guide us in this matter.

Please pray for our brothers in Christ here that they might have some convictions about spiritual growth. And
lastly, please pray for an increase in our monthly support.

Thank you for being a part in this work in San Pedro Sula. We are most thankful for your financial and prayer
support. With love in Christ –

The Cachos, Yery, Waldina, Jared, and Rebeca

Prayer News from Brother Yery Cacho Martinez February 2012
My Beloved Pastors and Churches:
My family and I want to express our deepest thanks, given from the bottom of our hearts for the economic help
that continues from you all for all this time.   At the same time we want to give you a report of the latest
accomplishments in the work here in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.  While continuing in our visitation efforts, we
testified to a young man called Jonny who was suffering from many psychological problems including fear of
the dark to such an extent that he was afraid to go out at night.  But when he received Christ, all those fears
left him and he has become a great blessing.

Another young man named Nelson who was attending  another Independent Baptist Church came to the youth
meeting and heard the preaching of God’s Word.  He and another young man from another church came
under conviction and they both made a profession of faith, Praise the Lord.

Right now, we are preparing for our second anniversary conference in which Dr. Mike Cacillas of Puerto Rico
and Brother LeRoy Rolton, a missionary from the United States will be preaching for four nights.  Please pray
that souls will come to Christ and that God would work in the hearts of us Christians.

Also, we ask for your prayers for the possibility that we might be granted a visa to travel to the United States to
try to raise more support.  We need $900.00 just for the visa applications to be processed and our travel to
the Honduran capital to make application.  Brother Jerry Mullendore, our mission director, will be travelling to
Honduras the 19th of March to help us with the process.   Our chances are much greater with the presence of
Bro. Mullendore.  We need to complete this process now to best effect Brother Mullendore’s presence with us.
To aid in this process, would each Pastor please pray and if the Lord leads you,  could you address a letter to
Bro. Mullendore stating that you and your church would be willing to consider us as a mission outreach of your
church.  Bro Mullendore will bring such letters with him and carry them to the American Embassy in our
capital.  The visa process is very selective and any and all supporting documents will aid us in our quest for
visa travel to the United States.

Please pray that he Lord would aid us in the repair of our car. The Lord has already helped us in a mighty way
with part of the repair but now the starter is giving us problems.    Thank you in advance for praying.  In our
trials God is good, in our prosperity, God is good and His promises are faithful and sure.  Glory to God in all
these, I have a refuge.

With Love in Christ
